Refund and Return Policy

Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase from Premfinds. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Opened or used kitchen tools, utensils, or food-related products
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Clearance or final sale products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@premfinds.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect items, and a short description of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email support@premfinds.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If your return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), Premfinds will cover the shipping cost. For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product, contact us at support@premfinds.com. In most cases, the original product must be returned before a replacement is shipped.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for a return after delivery.
