Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes

Domestic delivery: typically 3 to 7 business days depending on location and carrier.
International delivery: typically 7 to 14 business days, subject to customs and local carrier timelines.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders as displayed on our website.

Tracking Information

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Premfinds is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office. If it does not appear within 48 hours, contact support@premfinds.com with your order number.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email support@premfinds.com within 48 hours of the delivery scan or expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of the packaging and item if damaged. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund when eligible.

International Duties and Taxes

International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or fees set by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

Split Shipments

To deliver items faster, your order may be shipped in multiple packages at no extra cost. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.

PO Boxes and Restricted Addresses

Some carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes or certain addresses. If a physical address is required, we will contact you for an alternative. Undeliverable or refused packages may be returned and reship fees may apply.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We start preparing orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact support@premfinds.com as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed once an order is in fulfillment or shipped.

Peak Periods

During high volume periods such as holidays or major promotions, processing and transit times may be longer than usual.
